Civils Works Mansfield Woodhouse Cycle Hub

During Spring 2016 Neary Rail completed a package of civils works to enable B&K Property Services to install a new cycle hub and shelter at Mansfield Woodhouse Station for East Midlands Trains.
The works carried by the Neary Rail team included erecting lineside fencing to create a high street environment for the works, carrying out all groundworks including setting out, reducing the levels and establishing adequate falls for surface water run-off, new lighting duct installation, the installation of retaining walls and kerbing to the perimeter of the cycle hub, modifications to the existing metal handrail and the installation of a permanent paladine fence, powder coated to match with EMT station branding.
Neary Rail also completed all surfacing using one of our approved surfacing contractors.
