Between 2007 and 2011, Neary carried out a wide variety of works including installing new gates, fencing, access steps and roadways, depot refurbishments, location cabinet bases and hardstandings, troughing and raised route installations and cabling throughout the LNW region .

Under this framework the existing access point on the Eastern Spur car park at Manchester Piccadilly was reconstructed to form a new vehicular and pedestrian access for Network Rails new offices at Square One, Manchester. The work was undertaken over 60 hour periods, and over several weekends, between Fri 1800hrs and Mon 0600hrs.

Neary Rails first framework was with Railtrack in 1994.
