A substation extension project carried out for Scottish Power Energy Networks. This project involved a range of site preparation and construction works adjacent to an existing 132kV Substation.
Required due to the replacement of ageing plant within the existing substation this project was carried out in 2017 and included levelling of the area, the removal and replacement of the fencing for the site, construction of new transformer bund and several equipment plinths. Neary construction provided all works for the site including 24 hour security, site management and civil engineering.
