With a ‘go live’ date of the 1st April 2006 fast approaching Neary Rail were commissioned to undertake the necessary refurbishment & building works to enable occupation of the premises with upto 100 staff being brought ‘back in house’.

Contract award followed recommendations by the ‘Area Facilities Managers’ of Network Rail regarding Neary Rails unblemished record of successfully delivering projects within demanding time constraints and budget.
